The customer can choose the delivery method among the delivery options. These options depend on the delivery country, delivery place (relay or home), delivery time and weigth of the package.
We deliver small packages (accessories - up to 200g) in envelopes for zones 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
We deliver bigger packages (shoes - from 200g) in cardboard boxes for zones 1, 2 and 3 only.
We offer shipping costs for zone 1 (France, Monaco). Small packages are sent by LETTRE SUIVIE, bigger packages by Mondial Relay or Colissimo. Delivery time is about 2 to 3 days. We offer an express method H24 with an extra cost of 15.00€.
We offer shipping costs by Mondial Relay - Point Relais for zone 2 (Belgium, Luxembourg). We offer an express method H24 with an extra cost of 20.00€.
Shipping costs for international are explained in the chart below. Delivery time is about 3 to 5 days, and can exceed 5 days depending on destination country.
